For over two decades, I have thrived as a manager in different fields. This incredible experience has allowed me to refine my leadership skills and master the art of effective communication and problem-solving techniques – skills that I am eager to share with you.

However, my own path took a significant turn when I found myself with my newborn baby during the first lockdowns,  feeling drained and unfulfilled, I realized that I needed to make a change in my life.

I delved into the world of self-development and I began to move away from constant stress and unfulfillment towards embracing inner peace, fostering harmonious relationships, and experiencing a profound sense of fulfillment.

As I embarked on this transformative journey, I found my new calling, I immersed myself in studying and pursued and earned my NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and RMT (Robbins-Madanes Training) Strategic Life Coaching Certifications.

From these transformative practices, I have extracted the most practical and effective tools to empower you on your journey.
